The Crush brand of soft drinks have been around since 1916, originating with this flavor here, orange. The brand is now owned by the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and is distributed in many parts by Pepsi Cola. So you might be wondering why I would give this, a big boy brand, the time of day in this review blog when I state that I shy away from those. Well, it appears that unlike most Crush sodas you can find in your supermarkets across the country, this one, bottled in the home of the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Plano, TX, that I acquired at The Fresh Market, is sweetened with sugar and naturally flavored. So I figured that's reason enough to give it a shot.
As for taste, sweet with good tartness. Not as orangey as I would have hoped though, so it probably could have used a bit more orange oil. Still, it's pretty good. Definitely better than the last big boy orange soda I've tasted out of a 2 liter plastic bottle!
Sweetened With: "sugar"
Verdict: Worth trying at least once
