Boylan's Ginger Ale

Boylan's Ginger Ale

Yet another Boylan's variety. I kinda figured they would have made some sort of Ginger flavored beverage, but was a little bummed to find that they make a regular old pale dry ginger rather than a golden ginger ale or a ginger beer. Still, the Boylan's website says "We consider Boylan's Bottleworks Ginger Ale to be the most drinkable product in our entire line of sodas." Well, we'll see about that!

Hmmm . . . tastes like ginger ale to me. Nothing really special about it. There's a smidge more ginger flavor than what you'd find from one of the big boy ginger ales (Canada Dry, Schweppes), but other than that, it's a pale dry ginger ale. It's good, but not good enough to warrant picking this over so many other ginger ales. So try it, but unless you love regular ginger ale and absolutely hate HFCS, I don't really see much reason to go back to this again.

Sweetened With: "pure cane sugar"

Verdict: Worth trying at least once
